Terms of Service

NowToMe is a marketplace platform that connects independent photographers with clients. We are not a photography agency, employer, or party to the creative services agreement between photographer and client, except where these Terms expressly say otherwise.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating and maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or put other users at risk.

Photographers guarantee that they own or have all rights needed for images and content they upload. By uploading, photographers grant NowToMe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote that content on the platform and in related marketing, for as long as it remains published on NowToMe.

Photographers remain solely responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their services to clients.

Photographers may pay subscription or listing fees to appear on NowToMe, as described at the time of purchase. Booking arrangements, session fees, cancellations, and refunds between client and photographer are governed by the photographer's own policies unless NowToMe states otherwise for a specific product.

Payment processing for platform fees (and any payments routed through NowToMe) is handled by Stripe. Chargebacks and payment disputes follow Stripe's and applicable card-network rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowToMe is not liable for:

• Photographer no-shows or late cancellations
• Disputes over image quality, style, or delivery
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to NowToMe in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Estonian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the Harju County Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
